Job Description

The Product Excellence Manager plays a critical role in strengthening product performance, product knowledge, and product competitiveness across all brands and business sectors at our organization. This role supports the entire organization, including home appliances, electronics, FMCG, and future product categories managed under the centralized Marketing Division. The position acts as the organization’s internal product intelligence and product capability leader. The role ensures that the company maintains a deep understanding of its products, continuously benchmarks competitor offerings, improves product performance, and equips internal teams with strong product knowledge.

The Product Excellence Manager works cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain,

Procurement, After Sales or maintenance, and senior leadership teams to ensure that product decisions, training programs, and product development initiatives are driven by clear insights and structured product evaluation.

This position requires travel across Iraq to support showrooms, sales teams, and operational units to ensure consistent product knowledge, market intelligence, and product performance improvement across the organization.

Education & Experience

Education:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management support, product analysis, product training, product development, or technical product support roles. Experience within home appliances, consumer electronics, or FMCG sectors is highly valued.
